    I think a split with the Cubs (due to the pitching matchups) and 2/3 from the Reds is a reasonable outcome here. Would be fine with that heading into the break.

    No. Coming into today Yelich had a 2.5 fWAR, whereas Olson was at 2.4. Not that Olson shouldn't have made it, because he's been amazing. Just that Olson was considered a lock, so it's kind of disturbing how Yelich couldn't get in over Lourdes Gurriel Jr with a better fWAR than Matt Olson.

    Very true. Should have prefaced by saying this McCutchen with Contreras would solve a lot of our issues against LHP.

    Gasser is higher upside than all the minor leaguers we've brought up and is straight dealing in AAA right now.

    Thank god. I know it's your debut Andrews but that was a complete and utter fail. Gotta go with Payamps or Peguero in the 9th. Enough with the 6 man rotation and Arnold you should be looking at the reliever market,
