Chi Chi being DFA'd needs to be the corresponding move when Woodruff is activated on Tuesday. There is absolutely nothing there with him.
-
Chi Chi Gonzalez is not a major league pitcher. The most un-Stearns like signing of his tenure....
-
With Woody coming back and Ashby due to follow, this is hopefully the last start Chi Chi ever makes as a Brewer. I still don't get what Stearns saw in signing him as opposed to going with one of our AAA options such as Small, Lindblom, or Boushley. While it's not an assured loss due to Berrios also struggling this season, I don't think it'll be pretty against that stacked Blue Jays lineup. Anything like he did on Tuesday (4 innings, 3 runs) and I'll be ecstatic.

Fractured left thumb. Phillies are in serious trouble. #5 on this list of NL's most irreplaceable players. Burnes #1. https://blogs.fangraphs.com/who-is-the-nls-most-irreplaceable-player-in-2022/

Sat. 6/25 - Appleton says "Aloha, Kolten!"
Brewcrew82 replied to Jim Goulart's topic in Brewers Minor League Talk
Nice to see Ethan Small return to form. We will need him again on the big league club at some point. -
I don't get the hatred for the uniforms. I thought they were pretty popular judging by the number of people they've shown wearing them at the games over the last week. They're not the Rockies' city connects, but they're a lot better than what some of the other teams are wearing.

Phew. Jays have some really good bats.
-
How is Tapia hitting 6th in that Jays lineup?????
-
Inept is the Oakland Athletics or Detroit Tigers. And Castillo has been great in the minors.
-
Castillo is good.
-
Devin is unbelievable. He needs to be an all-star alongside Corbin and Josh.
-
I'm talking about a permanent one that you can go to besides the game broadcast.
-
Burnes coming out....
-
Anybody at the game see Williams warming up? Wish Bally Sports had a bullpen camera...
-
Not sure about letting Burnes go back out there for the 4th time through the order for the Blue Jays, especially when you have the Williams and Hader combo sitting there with an off day on Monday.....I wouldn't criticize Counsell if that's the direction he went, though.
-
True. What makes his situation so frustrating cause he has the hands and bat speed. I almost wonder if a trip to the optometrist wouldn't do him wonders after reading about JBJ. But I'm also pretty sure a lot of it is his swing plane, too.
-
Same. I'm thankfully in a position where I don't have kids, and my school/work schedule allows me to watch most every game. Who knows how much longer that will be the case...Now, it's up to the Brewers to let me enjoy my prime years!

When Keston makes contact, it's beautiful....
-
Let's hang a 10 spot on the Jays today. We're already half-way there.
-
Brosseau sure kills lefties. We need some of that in our lineup.
-
We're having fun watching it if that helps...
-
Some big-time pitches from Corbin there....
-
No, but when said response brings up how much time I spent "camped" on this board and the game forum, that's a different story....
-
You made a comment, and I responded because I noticed it and felt it lacked context. It's a message board, where you're allowed to do such things. That's not "jumping".

Kikuchi's mechanics are so bad. As a former pitcher, I'm appalled.
