    It’s also getting frustrating how they seem to be slow playing injury recoveries with guys like Adames, who blasted a home run tonight, and Renfroe, who could probably easily be playing tonight.

    Again? You say that as if he hasn’t been one of the best pitchers (if not the best pitcher) baseball thus far. And he literally just outdueled Mikolas last week.

    Marcus Stroman getting shelled by Paul Goldschmidt and co. right now, despite being staked out to an early 3-0 lead. The ball is absolutely flying out of Wrigley today.

    Or about "settling scores" with other posters. I know I come for honest discussion about the game with fellow die-hards, not for constant negative crap like "Cain/McCutchen/Yelich/Hiura/Counsell suck, Brewers aren't good/are going to lose, etc." On a more positive note, I'm very much looking forward to attending tonight's game. Feels like I will be able to enjoy it a little more than I probably would've had the Brewers not come from behind last night.

    So looking forward to potentially seeing him in Appleton later this summer. Not that there's any need to rush him, but as an Appleton resident I'm going to be pushing for it. ?

    I'm almost positive they're going to call up Alex Jackson, but I sure wouldn't mind getting an extended look at Mario Feliciano, particularly with Narvaez set to reach free agency after the season.

    McCutchen is a guy who's gotten a lot of hate recently due to his long hitless streak. However, he was actually hitting quite well before that, which coincided with his return from the COVID IL. In fact, he even got his OPS above .700. Here's hoping that his game winning hit tonight is the spark that leads to a return to that kind of form. We love you, Cutch!
