    You’d be correct. Doesn’t have a good wRC+ (only about 96-97 after today) but the power and run production output has been very solid and he’s been a sneaky good baserunner.

    Coleman Crow with an absolute beauty of an outing today. 73 pitches, 51 strikes, 15 called strikes, 14 whiffs 38.9% whiff rate, 20.5% called strike rate, 19.2% swinging strike rate, 39.7% CSW Feels like it's time for Crow to be promoted to AAA and Hardin to be promoted to AA. Just tough to pull off with the state of the Wisconsin rotation. Probably need Manuel Rodriguez and Bishop Letson to be healthy to pull that off.

    I posted this somewhere else but Turang despite the drop in production still looked really solid in May especially so if you take out the days around him being sick. I think he's due for some good batted ball luck going forward. 3/27 - 4/29 - .360 xwOBA, 92.5 Avg EV, 48.9% hard hit, 9.6% barrel 4/30 - 5/9 - .297 xwOBA, 89 Avg EV, 30% hard hit, 0% barrel 5/10 - 5/31 - .349 xwOBA, 90.9 Avg EV, 44.4% hard hit, 7.4% barrel

    The FIP is the surprising one. The rotation was 5th in ERA in April. Frankly the rotation is the reason this season didn't completely fall apart in April and May even if the ERA is slightly inflated due to a shorter leash.

    I'll be honest Joseph I have no clue what you're talking about in regards to Hedbert. I saw him in the dugout in good spirits not favoring a shoulder. He was in his uniform just with a sweatshirt over the top.

    Welch's nightmare start to his first pro season continues. He gives up a leadoff HR. Next hitter he gets behind 2-0 and the hitter hits a 105 EV, 386ft foul ball.

    So today is Caleb Durbin's final day as an MLB prospect as it's his 45th day on the MLB roster. Who do we think replaces him in the Pipeline Top 30 list? Adamczewski, Dinges, Hardin feel like good options. Anyone have any other guesses?

    It's going to be fascinating to watch what the Brewers do this summer for promotions. There's really a handful of positional players at pretty much every level that you could very easily see finishing the year at the level above them.

    Gery Holguin has mashed tonight. Had a 106.6 EV line drive single earlier and just hit a 108.6 EV, 425ft bomb to CF off a 96mph FB.

    Yeah Law keeping Quero 15 and Misiorowski off the list is just Law being Law. Once he makes up his mind on a prospect he rarely changes it. In the chat he did someone asked about Misiorowski and he said this: ““He's not really throwing more strikes - ~60% of his pitches are out of the zone, with a lot of chases that he may not get in the majors facing hitters 2-3 times/game. I still think he's a reliever, and maybe an elite one.” So he didn’t even bother to look at the numbers because that couldn’t be further from the truth on the zone rate.

    He ended up getting one hitter in the 9th to ground out on 5 pitches. Final line was 4.1 IP, 4 H, 1 ER, 0 BB, 9 SO. 66 pitches, 52 strikes, 17 called strikes, 15 swinging strikes That's good for 79% strike rate, 43% whiff rate, and 48% CSW
