Yankees have 2 generationally good hitters on their roster. Among players with at least 4000 career PA, Juan Soto's 158 wRC+ is 12th all time and Judge's 173 wRC+ is 3rd all time. It really depends on the day/team. You have players ranging from A to young MLB players. I'd say AA on average is probably about right.
