  1. Also forgetting Ashby who has a 3.95 FIP, 3.24 xFIP, and 3.59 xERA in his career so far and is under a bunch of team control.
  2. Crazy how the Brewers will have no pitching in 2 years. Absolutely none.
  3. Good execution from Williams. Bad pitch call from Contreras. Moncada just had a silly looking swing against the changeup. No need to go FB after that.
  4. He went 5 IP with 85 pitches last start. Don't see why he would need to throw fewer pitches this outing.
  5. Brewers really could use a Woodruff gem and a nice offensive game to let the A-pen rest. Williams, Payamps, Uribe would all be pitching for the 4th time in 5 days and Peguero threw 21 pitches last night. 6 strong from Woodruff with 5+ from the offense would be very ideal.
  6. Yeah that's not reality. Santana has 3 DRS and 1 OAA since joining the Brewers. Yeah he had a tough error at a very poor time, but he's been basically perfect outside of that error.
  7. I recall a tweet recently where they had I think 17 or 21 (can’t remember which) straight games with the bullpen giving up a run which is just crazy.
  8. Yophery Rodriguez is in some type of funk right now. 0 for his last 8 with 7 Ks.
  9. It’s the 20 grade power at 2B. That’s a very difficult profile to project to the MLB.
  10. That Wilken AB is just textbook he's too patient at the plate. 1-0 count and he got a hanging slider left up. Power hitter like Wilken needs to be swinging the bat there. He didn't see another pitch that hittable the rest of the AB. Can't pass up hittable pitches like that at the pro level.
  11. I mean how can you not get so excited you just have to post about Hiura's 82 EV, 32 LA bloop double? Incredible hitting from Hiura!
  12. Corey Ray technically still has prospect status...right?
  13. Is Noah Campbell just not a switch hitter anymore? I've seen him hit LH against multiple LHP the last week or so.
  14. I feel like Jace Avina not being in the Top 30 is a pretty solid sign of our current system strength. Between last year and this year he’s a 19/20 year old with a 116 wRC+ in about 450 PA in A ball. He strikes out too much although he’s shown improvement in that department this season, but still a 19/20 year old with 17 HR in 450 PA in A ball is pretty impressive and he’s not considered a Top 30 prospect in our system. I think a few years ago he’s probably a Top 20 prospect in our system
  15. None of Peguero, Chafin, Uribe should be pitching back to back days. Peguero and Chafin have been terrible on 0 rest and Uribe isn’t used to it. 6th and 7th innings should be pitched by Peguero, Chafin, Uribe, Milner based on rest/matchup. Not locked in inning role for any of them.
  16. It’s funny you say that because the 5 players I have in my top 30 that they don’t are Rudy, Birchard, Woessner, Aquino, and Rivero.
  17. I see him have a good game then look at his season line and every time I am surprised because it feels like he's been playing so well lately
  18. New Top 30 is officially released. 1. Chourio (#2 overall) 2. Frelick (#22 overall) 3. Quero (#34 overall) 4. Misiorowski (#38 overall) 5. Black (#56 overall) 6. Gasser 7. Rodriguez (SP) 8. Wilken 9. Lara 10. Pratt 11. Uribe 12. Brown Jr 13. Bitonti 14. Guilarte 15. Yophery Rodriguez 16. Knoth 17. Moore 18. Boeve 19. Blalock 20. Henderson 21. O’Rae 22. Di Turi 23. Areinamo 24. Adams 25. Wood 26. Baez 27. Letson 28. Zamora 29. Mendez 30. Small This feels like the most accurate our Pipeline Top 30 has been in a while. 19 of my personal Top 20 are in Pipeline's Top 20 with Adams in mine and Moore in Pipeline's. O'Rae, Di Turi, Areinamo, Letson, Small are the only ones in the Pipeline Top 30 that are not in my Top 30.
  19. Biloxi bullpen already on schedule to blow the game tonight. I also have no clue why those runs are listed as earned runs for Rodriguez. Should surely be unearned. Error, K, BB then he was pulled. Middendorf comes in and gets a ground out then gives up a 3 run HR. Inning should have been over when the HR was hit, so I don't know why those would be considered earned runs.
  20. I was just saying to someone earlier that I feel like this is the deepest Top 20 I ever remember filling out.
  21. 2. Chourio 26. Frelick 34. Quero 38. Misiorowski 92. Gasser 94. Black
  22. For a Top 20 list?
