  1. Yanks handing out runs to the Jays like Murphy's pocket pancakes.
  2. I don't mind Dillard, but yes hyper like Brent Suter.
  3. OK, lets bring Tim Dillard back then if that's what everyone wants. Because Schroder wants to fish more and doesn't want to be at AmFam everyday single day.
  4. Probably because we don't have to play 17 games in a row in the playoffs, during the regular season we go threw way more pitchers per week playing every single day.
  5. You should know by now that he's a multi sport announcer who does: MLB, NBA, PGA, NCAA Basketball, March Madness, Pro Tennis and I probably even missed one. Why would you want to tie him down to be Milwaukee Exclusive? He's chief sports juggler.
  6. Lets just stay relentless and give the Cubs and Craig a Counsellectomy.
  7. Jackson Chourio left today's game with right hamstring tightness. 😕? Chourio missed most of August after straining his right hamstring on July 29, 2025.
  8. Chourio missed a month in August after straining the same muscle. He underwent an MRI immediately after the game. The team did not release the results of the imaging. Chourio was expected to receive further testing on Sunday.
  9. Wonder if Yelich will be back in LF next game. Jerry Augustine on radio said doesn't look good for Chourio being injury is in same leg and same spot as earlier in the year.
  10. I hope Chourio is ok because he came out firing on all cylinders today. Collins/Perkins/Lockridge would be significant downgrades hitting, maybe Yelich can play LF since we have so many days off in between games during the post season. He would be my 1st choice. Just a thought because we have other DH's.
  11. Not today, they said it was 80% Brewers fans in the stands for the game.
  12. Your just assuming you know what would have happened. Just change your name to cubs clairvoyant.
  13. Hoskins has been a non factor all season, so I'm not upset about that.
  14. If it hasn't been announced yet why are you assuming anything? Keep the Cubs on there heels as much as possible. Zero advanced notice is ok by me.
  15. What are you talking about? It's just two different ways to place a MLB bet. A money line or run line, you can do what you prefer. The reason there all so similar is because the teams are all so similar in talent in the playoffs.
  16. The controversial called strike three at his calves, umpires need to be better and took Padres right out of the inning, inexcusable: The situation: In the top of the ninth, trailing 3-1, the Padres had a rally started by a solo home run from Jackson Merrill. Bogaerts came up next and worked a full count against Cubs pitcher Brad Keller. The call: With the count full, Keller threw a low pitch that was called strike three by home plate umpire D.J. Reyburn. Replays and pitch-tracking data, including ESPN's unofficial strike zone, showed the pitch was outside the strike zone. The impact: The poor call was a significant moment in the game. Had Bogaerts been awarded a walk, the Padres would have had runners on first and second with no outs. Instead, he was out with two subsequent batters getting hit by pitches. The inning ended with the Padres stranding runners and losing the game and series
  17. A 100% wrong call at the very end of the game did cost the Padres. You said "unable to get a hit with runners in scoring position." I say, when balls are called strikes on Bogarts and not even close it is very hard to get a hit. Umps 100% took that inning away from the Padres and given to the Cubs. I hope the Brewers molly whack the Cubs bad!
  18. I believe Imanaga is worse than Boyd or Taillon. But rest and how they feel is huge. Three days rest for Boyd is not very much even with only 58 pitches. Wonder if we see any of Collen Rea?
  19. I see the game one opening Vegas Odds are Brewers favored by 1 1/2 runs.
  20. Hope Freddy is closer to his 2025 season ERA than his post season ERA which is about 1 1/2 runs higher. If you watched the Cubs series I also hope the umpiring is better in this series than what it was in Chicago. That last call of the game wound up being pretty significant. First, Bogarts called out on strikes on a terrible, terrible call that was obviously a ball, Keller hit the next two batters to put two runners on base with one out and a two-run lead. Had Bogaerts reached base, it would've been bases loaded and no outs. Hope that plays mind games with the Cubs being that the game was practically handed to them by terrible, terrible umpiring. Cubs know what happened in that last game, it was the break they needed to win it.
  21. I said the same thing Padres are loafing, ready for the beach I guess.
  22. Arraez fits in well with the Padres giving 50% on a ground ball he hit that he may have been able to beat out being bobbled. .
  23. Philly's had 31,000 show up to there practice today. Charged $10 per ticket, all proceeds go to charity. That is cool.
