  1. Brewers would be 86-76 not sure if that would cut it. All depends on how the WC teams finish.
  2. Is a new one on here? https://www.mlb.com/news/brewers-injuries-and-roster-moves
  3. That's on Mark Attanasio then. But we are ok. Look for yourself. https://www.mlb.com/standings/wild-card#
  4. You don't think Frelick needs to get a day off to heal up a little? Heck a month ago he could hardly walk. Remember these? Sal Frelick leaves the game with hamstring strain. Sal Frelick out indefinitely after MRI shows bone bruise. Sal Frelick exits game due to left knee soreness.
  5. 100% correct call by Brewers we need Chourio for the playoffs, plane and simple.
  6. Lucky we didn't pitch Yoho we scored zero today, he could have pitched and struck out the side 1-2-3 and still would have lost.
  7. I agree but I think he may have gotten better since we saw him last. I trust Matt Arnold, Murphy and the 20 other coaches here and in Nashville 100% they don't want to lose either but there smarter than us, I promise you that. Yoho is being watched closely every pitch, even in the bullpen warmups in Nashville.
  8. I look at it like loosing your QB in football right before the playoffs if you have a big standings lead and played him, let them miss a game to heal up and get back as close to 100% as you can. That is what Murphy did today. I think that is smart.
  9. We could lose 10 of our remaining 21 games after todays loss and still be a wild card and I doubt we do that.
  10. MLB preseason is 2 months long, so maybe the tune up needs to be a month. But 1st base really isn't the Brewers issue.
  11. Correct with Peralta on the bump lets do it right today and get another win. Jackson Chourio (R) LF Isaac Collins (S) RF William Contreras (R) DH Andrew Vaughn (R) 1B Caleb Durbin (R) 3B Danny Jansen (R) C Andruw Monasterio (R) 2B Blake Perkins (S) CF Joey Ortiz (R) SS
  12. LOL, no unconditional love anywhere on earth that I know of.
  13. Cubs message board sounds familiar to when he managed here: I am sick of Craig Counsell and how he uses his pitching staff for the Cubs. They just commented that Hollowell who is getting whacked in the 8th and the announcers said they have a doubleheader and don't want to run out of pitchers so they will let him get beat up. Excuse my French but then why the f would Counsell only let Pomeranz pitch 1.1 innings and gave up no hits or walks and pulled him. Then he puts in Rogers in who pitched one inning and yes gave up a run but only threw 16 pitches? You wonder why the idiot could run out of pitchers for the second game in a row. Counsell has no clue for all of last year and this year on handling his starters at all. He needs to go. I get that the team can't hit their way out of a paper bag, but the pitching is doing pretty good and Counsell doesn't have a clue when to leave them in. Any comments and thanks for letting me vent. COUNSELL NEEDS TO GO.
  14. Watching MLB Network for the past 2 hours. They have talked about Shohei Ohtani at least 4 times and a quick 1 minute blip on the Brewers and 1/4 of that was about bark at the park day. Mark DeRosa finally came on and promoting the club and how we play "the right way."
  15. He is turning into Garrett Mitchell except 5 years younger. Unless as was said probably just his turn for a day off excuse.
  16. Brewers Lineup: Brice Turang (L) 2B Isaac Collins (S) LF William Contreras (R) C Christian Yelich (L) DH Jake Bauers (L) 1B Blake Perkins (S) CF Sal Frelick (L) RF Anthony Seigler (L) 3B Joey Ortiz (R) SS
  17. I will go 15-9 and keep my finger's crossed that everyone stays healthy.
