On the WTMJ radio this morning Chourio probably won't play today as a precautionary measure.

"They keep pitchin' 'em and Joey keeps missin' 'em." July avg. .197 Below the Mendoza Line.

I almost think Ashby's stuff breaks to much, that's why he has control issues. If he could ever harness his stuff he would be a top pitcher.

Counsell starting to look like Stan Laurel.

The Brewers have won 11 straight games started by Quinn Priester! 😁
-
Absolutely correct, if Turang went down we'd be in a big world of hurt. If Ortiz went down we'd need a starting SS. Not much backup at all for those two with the playoffs looming.

Murphy said he hopes Hasse clears waivers and they could bring him up again for the playoffs like they did last year. On WTMJ radio this morning. So just a poker move I'm guessing.

Quinn Priester our angry pitcher.

Murphy said he hopes Hasse clears waivers and they could bring him up again for the playoffs like they did last year. He does care about his players more than most think.

I guess that's what happens when your starter has trouble even going 4 innings. Then Yoho can't even pitch one inning but we won. Hopefully we can get to Collin Rea early and often tonight.

Here is a little assessment I came across of Logan Henderson if interested. https://fantraxhq.com/fantasy-baseball-stash-logan-henderson/

Yes thank you, I corrected that right after I posted it. My mistake.
-
I'm glad the Brewers will start finally listening to offers for starter Nestor Cortes. I think his arm was shot for a year now.
-
Just got back from the game and Yoho almost blew the game for us and all I heard on this site is what a magician on the mound he is. Murphy looked like he was ready to boot him in the ass.
-
Hopefully he got better from when he was called up before https://www.mlb.com/player/craig-yoho-684974

FWIW, I hope we do some kind of deal with Miami, they looked really good the 3 days they were here. We could upgrade in several positions for sure with them and we also have delt with them in the past.
-
That's for sure, so we need to get to him early and rattle his cage good. 88 for a temp today and on field temp should be about 95 I'm guessing.

When does Arnold start to receive some criticism

LOL, ok I guess he didn't take into consideration that Hoskins and his knee injury 2 1/2 years ago kind of changed the picture. -

If we get a power bat it needs to be some, "NOT like a Rhys Hoskins" because since he got hurt we we took off like a rocket. Rhys Hoskins has hampered the Brewers IMHO. -

We have Hasse, Seigler and Contreras to choose from as our catchers, no chance anyone of them are better than William.
-
I do agree with moving him down the order though.
