  1. I agree 100%, also the Civale grumbling was turning Brewers locker room into a toxic environment and Brewers needed to put a quick end to it.
  2. Aaron Civale has 13 earned runs with the white sox in a month.
  3. We will see, my thinking is he may take Ernesto Martinez job if we call him up because I'm pretty sure this is Hoskins last season here. Brewers may be just thinking ahead a year.
  4. I guarantee you he is worth more than Andrew Vaughn but he will take Hoskins spot when we trade him later this season.
  5. I agree only if you could get a VERY GOOD bat. He is getting better each start but I'm 50/50 on him now. I like that he can throw 100 pitches. Almost unheard of now days.
  6. Honestly just giving players away, I'm starting to think Murphy is hard to get along with and has a massive EGO.
  7. Didn't even know this happened. 06/13/25Milwaukee Brewers recalled LF Drew Avans from Nashville Sounds. 06/13/25Milwaukee Brewers recalled RHP Grant Anderson from Nashville Sounds.
  8. I disagree 100%, Civale expressing dissatisfaction in the clubhouse and requesting a trade is not good for the team as a whole and players start taking sides causing discord. So management nipped it in the bud and fast.
  9. Civale has more value than Vaughn. The more I dig the worse Vaughn looks. 100% Salary Dump.
  10. https://reviewingthebrew.com/brewers-fulfill-aaron-civale-s-trade-request-by-sending-him-to-one-of-worst-destinations-01jxmt5s0cb4 Defensively, while Vaughn does have past experience in the outfield, he has only manned first base for the last two seasons. The Brewers are currently stacked at first base not only in the majors but also in Triple-A, with both Ernesto Martinez Jr. and Tyler Black getting starts at the cold corner for the Nashville Sounds, so it's possible the Brewers try Vaughn in the outfield, as they did with fellow change-of-scenery candidate Bobby Dalbec. Vaughn still has three minor league options remaining, so don't expect him in a Brewers uniform any time soon, but he does offer a high-upside bat in the upper levels of the minor leagues for the time being, and could fill in at first base for the Crew next season should he find his swing again.
  11. That would be great for Civale being 30 years old.
  12. The only place that would have been worse for Civale would have been a Rockies trade.
  13. White Sox, Brewers Swap Aaron Civale, Andrew Vaughn. https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2025/06/white-sox-to-acquire-aaron-civale.html
  14. McMahon is not a step up from Durbin no way no how, plus he is 30 years old. If were going to make a trade it should be for a better player.
  15. Miz will be throwing 103 tonight and doubt he gets lit up but who knows, Harold Renolds on MLB said he reminds him of a young Adam Wainwright back in 2005.
  16. 22 innings in 3 months of baseball is not that great. https://www.mlb.com/player/aaron-civale-650644?stats=gamelogs-r-pitching-mlb&year=2025
