Won one tonight. Win tomorrow, and that's two in a row. Win again Sunday, and that's called a winning streak. It has happened before. [/loubrown] Nice win tonight, especially after them tying it up in the 6th.
When I recruited I used it heavily, especially since a lot of the resumes we had on file were horribly out of date. If there's a specific field/company you're looking into, search for their recruiters and connect with them.
The Izturis decision is especially bad considering the pitchers spot was up next. So he needlessly burned an extra bench player, and hurt his team's chances of tying the game. Brilliant managing.
I think that's a bit harsh on Veras. He was pretty good until the last few days. But the rest I agree with. The bullpen is a huge issue. Now that Estrada is starting, there's no one that can really be counted on. I don't trust Loe/Dillon/McClendon and especially Parra. Not letting the starters off the hook either. These 5 inning starts have really put the pen behind the 8 ball.
I think it's a bit overboard to say that he'd be blacklisted from the HOF. He's got time on his side. The longer he keeps putting up numbers and passing tests, the more distant that positive becomes.
Not a UW fan, but If Dekker can get up to speed defensively, he'll get huge minutes. I think he's the most talented recruit they've gotten since Harris and Tucker. He's gonna be a load to deal with as he progresses.
You're right, he's not a moron. I had to use that one because a lot of the other words I'd use right now would get me banned. Re: the Wolf steal, I certainly hope you're right.
