This is the best Brewers record through 50 games in the last 10 years……..and it hasn’t been done with dominant pitching…….that is for sure.

Marlins also got a complete game shutout from one of their young lefties tonight against the Dbacks……in Arizona…….5 th shutout in last 9 games I think they said……so we aren’t the only team that has struggled to hit them recently.

Or they are better when not facing lefties…….the guys who didn’t start against the Marlins did nothing tonight…….

Nobody in baseball has played more road games than the Brewers to this point……. i have great confidence that at the end of the season that stat will have regressed to the mean……..

Yeah……he sucks…..and it cost him…..but unfortunately sometimes pitchers walk guys ……even bad hitters……..and sometimes bad pitchers strikeout great hitters…….i mean it’s baseball.

McCalvy confirms Pat Murphy said the Brewers have mulled using an opener for some time and today's matchup against the Red Sox looked like the spot to try it. So, lefty Jared Koenig starts instead of Bryse Wilson, but Wilson is still expected to be involved tonight.
