  1. Giants poached the Nashville pitching coach
  2. Brewers will have a starting rotation that will cost them about 33 million ……even if they keep Freddy.
  3. Passan said he thinks IF he accepts it increases the chances of a Peralta trade……sounds just like an opinion not sourced info to me……but it’s out there. ps one thing I despise about the hot stove season is sports journalists giving opinions on trades that turn into click bait because people think it’s actually news. I prefer they stick in their lanes and share actual sourced information ……when they start opining on podcasts/tv or in columns they are just like fans throwing stuff against the wall.
  4. If Mitchell is healthy ( obviously a big if) I think he will be your starting centerfielder……
  5. Further context here https://fansided.com/mlb/everything-im-hearing-cubs-paul-skenes-braves-brewers-gm-meetings
  6. Robert Murray The Brewers will listen on Peralta, but it will take a ton to acquire him. It feels a lot like the Willy Adames situation: they listen but probably hold onto him because he’s so valuable pitching and in the clubhouse. Not to mention, Peralta will make just $8 million in 2026.
  7. Josh walked in first at bat. Broca had the rare 4 pitch walk wild pitch that allowed runner to go from home to 2nd!
  8. https://www.mlb.com/brewers/news/brandon-woodruff-receives-qualifying-offer-from-brewers MILWAUKEE -- Three days after declining his mutual option, the Brewers extended a qualifying offer to Brandon Woodruff on Thursday in a move that could extend the right-hander’s run as the organization’s longest-tenured player or net the team a premium Draft pick if he moves on. The qualifying offer for 2026 is $22.025 million. Woodruff, who was drafted by the Brewers in 2014 and made his Major League debut in ‘17, can either accept the offer and return to the Brewers at that salary on the one-year deal, or decline it and seek more as a free agent.
  9. Grisham hit 235 ……with 34 homers I take no position on if the projection is silly or not
  10. Obviously just a guess but this has the vibes of being the Brewers idea not Rickie’s. I don’t get the feeling he will be the next guy after Murphy…..time will tell.
  11. Muncy option picked up by Dodgers
  12. He grew up in a suburb of KC
  13. I believe that is correct……but in reality they just deferred 10 million from the last 2 seasons .
  14. Don’t think he will win but congrats to Caleb
