  1. If Blake Snell was pitching against his own team tonight I think the result would be similar to what he is doing against the Brewers. When a great pitcher executes his pitches like this it almost doesn’t matter
  2. lol……he did this to the Phillies too……he’s that good
  3. Might be the Best pitcher Brewers have faced all year…….rught up there with Skubel…..guy is just painting.
  4. Much more like the Priester we saw all year…….. Snell is filthy…….
  5. From mlb.com USA Today reported after the Brewers’ Game 5 win over the Cubs that pitching coach Chris Hook’s visit to Uribe in the eighth inning was to warn the right-hander he might be tipping pitches. Whether Uribe was or was not, it’s a matter the Brewers are mindful of as they get set to face the crafty Dodgers, who are known for picking up these things. So were the Cubs. The Brewers think Chicago had a tip on left-hander Aaron Ashby when he started Game 3 and allowed a three-run home run to Seiya Suzuki. “They had his pitches,” Brewers manager Pat Murphy said. “Suzuki looked to first and saw the sign. It was a changeup, and he hit a high changeup, which is Ashby’s third pitch.” They’ll have to be similarly vigilant in the NLCS. Brewers officials believe the Dodgers had multiple scouts watching the NLDS from various locations of American Family Field and Wrigley Field, looking for any small edge that could impact the next series. “I don't like to think about it, but I understand and I know it's really important,” said Peralta, who will start Game 2 for Milwaukee on Tuesday. “I think that we have the people here that are in charge to check on us and make sure that we are doing it right. But at the end of the day, it's part of the game and you never know -- and they are really good at it. But I think you have to stay focused on the game and try to make it simple and not think too much.”
  6. Moving Sal to center to try for a little more offense against Snell
  7. And Bud hasn’t been with the Brewers for many years now…….if the Brewers somehow make it to the World Series I won’t be surprised if Bud throws out a first pitch…..but maybe not…..he must be 90 now.
  8. But they also don’t face a single team with a losing record………..they are going to Cancun!
  9. You never know how it’s going to play out…..a long extra inning game or injury can happen………I don’t see them dropping Collin’s for Lockridge……but I’ve been wrong before.
  10. If you only drop Lockridge and Gasser you can’t add all of the above only 2. I’d go with Hall and Myers but if Henderson is good to go I’m good with him over Myers or Anderson.
  11. It’s 5 innings…….he was great all season……Dodgers have some huge left handed bats that we will need our power arms against. That would be like sitting Yelich because he didn’t have a hit the last 2 games…..or Turang because he struggled in games 2-4 …….you have core players……you trust them……anybody can struggle…….he may struggle again vs the Dodgers but so could anyone else they throw out there. its baseball…….Ohtani was 1-18 against the Phillies…….stuff happens.
  12. Who was responsible for getting the L flag in the team photo? None other than the much maligned Jake Bauers! Love ya Jake!
  13. He’s not…….leave it to Willie to post some negative crap when we win just beat the Cubs to advance. No athlete can guarantee success…….Yelich and Woody owe you nothing. They will give it their best shot against a healthy Dodger team who will be a big favorite. Everyone hopes they win…….but the other team wants to win just as badly.
