For those still wondering.......Villar isn't going to play SS TH tweet #Brewers manager Craig Counsell said there is no consideration of giving Jonathan Villar playing time at SS, his original position. They are too pleased with how he has progressed at 2B. Has been markedly better there this year, especially making plays in defensive shifts.

On a related note -- the last time Hader allowed a hit on an 0-2, 1-2, or 2-2 count was September 30 of last season. Hitters are 0-for-80 with 64 Strikeouts on those counts against him this season (including today). #remarkable #brewers

I'm pretty sure they tried to trade Scooter but nobody else seemed to want to give up anything of value for him.........it happens. Nobody thought he had this in him because he had never shown that he this in him. TH tweet #Brewers manager Craig Counsell said he removed 3B Travis Shaw in seventh inning for not running hard to 1B on bouncer to pitcher. The throw was high and Shaw could have been safe had he run hard. Lesson learned there, I'm sure.
