They better not blow Rogers first major league win......man am I sick of Krod
  5. markedman5
So much for trying to showcase KROD one more time before the deadline...... Sure hope we don't see him anymore after tuesday
  6. markedman5
Weeks looks so much better at the plate now....not diving over the plate nearly as much...going up the middle and to the opposite field more often.....great to see.

I'm so glad we are getting to see guys like Rogers, Henderson and Fiers pitch. I'd much rather take my chances on guys like Rogers then paying 8 million dollars a year on guys like Randy Wolf and Suppan. If Rogers throws strikes he can help us....no doubt in my mind.
  8. markedman5
What a terrible call by the first base ump.....how does he miss that?
  9. markedman5
It's almost comical how many called 3rd strikes he gerts with an 88 mile an hour fastball....lol
  10. markedman5
Ho hum....another 6 innings no runs for Fiers.....
  11. markedman5
"I would have asked for Trout or told them to get bent. I will take the one pick at the end of the year. Why settle for anything less then what you REALLY should get??" LOL....Of course you would. So glad you are not our GM.

Ken Rosenthal ‏@Ken_Rosenthal Confirmed: Ariel Pena and Johnny Hellweg are two #Angels Double A pitchers heading to #Brewers along with Segura for Greinke.
  13. markedman5
The Brewer Nation ‏@BrewerNation Multiple people beginning to confirm the @Ken_Rosenthal & @jonmorosi report. @Sullivan_Ranger said the #Brewers asked for Olt, Texas balked.
  14. markedman5
    Ok...they can have Morgan....
  15. markedman5
Yeah it probably is.... Doesn't really matter what any of us think he is worth....we will find out soon....Melvin will take the best offer. Olt/Sardinas/Grimm for Greinke alone isn't unrealistic.

Adam McCalvy ‏@AdamMcCalvy Shaun Marcum's second bullpen session did not go well. Details coming in #Brewers notebook.
  17. markedman5
I assume you meant to say Gomez not Morgan?
  18. markedman5
Might be time to play Gomez everyday for the rest of the year. Morgan isn't part of the future.
  19. markedman5
The bullpen just ripped any life this team had left right out of them........... so who starts Sunday now? Seth McClung?
  20. markedman5
We had that arm pitching in Triple A when Dillard and Mclendon were getting banged around up here......
  21. markedman5
The bullpen coach isn't the pitching coach for the bullpen guys. He just kind of manages things down there. If you want to blame a coach for the pitching woes Kranitz is your guy. Not really, just Wolf mostly. Plus Fiers has been amazing. Why doesn't anyone ever call for Stan Kyles' head? He's the bullpen coach, and the bullpen has been a lot more of the problem than the pitching staff as a whole.
  22. markedman5
Walks have just killed the Brewers this year.
  23. markedman5
You know things are going bad for RR when the manager who believes in "He's the 8th inning guy....he's the closer" has finally thrown up his hands and said I give up Adam McCalvy ‏@AdamMcCalvy #Brewers going closer by committee, RRR said. Everyone's in play, including crafty vet Livan Hernandez. Not kidding. Quotes to follow.
  24. markedman5
Doesn't this mean that Wolf has to be DFA as well? I mean we know he can't throw to anyone other then George.......
