  1. I like the signing. Not a franchise changer, but makes the team more competitive. It ensures that the Brewers have four MLB-level outfielders on the roster, even if there still may be a hole at 3B. If JBJ can get close to his 2016 output or if his 2020 statistics are a sign of what he potentially could being to the lineup, then we're looking at a good chance that he puts in a season like Mike Cameron had during his time with the Brewers. That's a decent reachable ceiling. There's also no question about the defensive prowess that he brings. If JBJ stays for two years, he's also a potential bridge to Mitchell or someone else who can develop to being ready to take over CF for the 2023 season.
  2. I wonder if there's a real possibility of getting JBJ on a two/three-year contract. He could be a bridge player in case Cain declines any this season or is contemplating opting out for 2021/retiring after 2021. It would lock down CF until Mitchell or some other prospect might be ready for the majors.
  3. Drafted by Houston during the last bit of Stearns' tenure with the Astros. Maybe there's something in Fisher's profile that Stearns thinks could play in the majors, though it hasn't yet materialized in results.
  4. It was the reverse double-up. Gave up two scores instead of putting any points on the board.
  5. True. That white jersey being pulled shows up well under the lights. Can’t believe how many weren’t called both ways all game.
  6. Need a touchback on the kickoff and a quick 3–and-out. Might have around 90 seconds and a timeout left with the ball.
  7. Not sure that was the approach. 1st Down looked like a play action to go deep, but the line didn’t give just quite enough time to throw. (Needed another half second or so.) 2nd Down play was to get from behind down and distance.
  8. More than a puncher’s chance with this offense. Can’t concede any more touchdowns. And Rodgers might end up needing to throw for 450+ yards.
  9. There’s the turnover....the other way.
  10. Brady gave them two interceptable passes. Neither were caught by the defense. Both ended up being touchdown drives. Might end up needing a defensive score to win, but I’m not expecting that to happen.
  11. Left points on the field there. Still opportunity to get a defensive stop and a score before halftime for the potential double-up.
  12. Tom Brady was born with a horseshoe inside him.
  13. Back to even. Defensive stop with some hits on Brady or a turnover would be very nice now.
  14. Lit up three times on third down. Better be an early issue that gets sorted, or it’s going to be a long game.
  15. Buccaneers playing for a chance to be the first team to be in their home stadium for the Super Bowl. They’ll be motivated enough next Sunday, but that’s a nice bonus motivator.
  16. Absolutely. That was a performance like we would see the Giants offensive line or others put up against the Packers defense in past playoff losses. So great to see the reverse so far this season.
  17. Defense put the game in the offense’s hands. Get any type of score here to make it a two possession game. A nice 6-minute+ TD drive would be optimal.
  18. Got a very good punt to pin the Rams back. Need the defense to not give up points on this drive.
  19. That home run threat at RB in Jones is such a great weapon in the back pocket. Block well and let him make a cut, then watch him go.
