I don't think the "NBA Culture" helps with many casual Wisconsin fans either. Although the team they have now appears to be full of really relatable guys. My buddy and I talk about it all the time as he gets frustrated by the lack of support.

If the Packers were having a similar season of dominance, the state would be going crazy. I guess this is what happens when one team has been good for most of the last 20 years and the other team has not been.

    Pizza

I actually prefer their frozens over the fresh. A great pizza! I prefer their fresh pizzas dining there, but yes, the frozen pizzas are excellent too. Have you ever dined in at their business, take out, or delivery? Or have you only had the frozen pizzas? I have had quite a few drunken nights eating there.

Sigh, it's just a hat and there is a reasonable story behind it.

I'd be all for legalization of pretty much anything but the problem is health care. Hospitals are required to care for the people that don't have insurance/money just like the people that do. There are tons of people that don't pay and therefore the rest of us do. Pushing back the age on/making illegal on some of these vices can help with future medical costs. If people want to smoke/etc in their own home, so what. My problem is having to pay for their choices. But that's a whole nother subject I guess.

You just want to fire John Hammond don't you. He lives for the 8th seed.

If every pitcher went as fast as Suter this wouldn't be an issue.

    Middleton is a SF.

If this next season were the last ever to be played, sure. However, the future is always important as well.

We have had a Caseys in town for a number of years and the pizza isn't anything special.

I read somewhere that $5 million was the most they could be fined. Ah well then I take it back.
  13. wallus
Very tough and fair ruling. I would have fined them 50 million though. Make it so you think twice before trying this garbage again.

We got the same refs as the Rose Bowl apparently.
  15. wallus
He has a little Eddie Lacy in him.
  16. wallus
That's one where you shouldn't lose your challenge becauuse the refs effed up.

That sounds like a great deal for Colorado.

I am surprised he took 2 million and a club option. I haven't seen a report on the amount of the club option but I would assume it is quite a bit more than 2 million.

I am ok with Gyorko as the right handed hitting part of a platoon. My only problem is having Sogard as the main portion of this. The Brewers must be really confident that he his new found power is real and/or his defense will help make up for Urias and Hiura's shortcomings on shifts. Do we have any estimate on contract length and amount?

Writing a reply of random garbage because you can't admit that context matters is embarrassing. I won't continue this because it isn't really related to the thread. If you want to continue the discussion, you can pm me.

You do realize that teams will get better video once a pitcher is in MLB right? I am impressed that he had a good start after the Mets were just eliminated from the playoffs the day before. Do you think the Mets players really cared about that game? Context matters.
