This is basically what I am doing but I am still saving some for retirement. I will have two rental properties paid off by the end of next year. I plan on getting two more and paying them off and then I am good to retire if I want and can live off the income.
  2. wallus
    Fine, I'll retire earlier then.
  3. wallus
    42, on my way there.

Sign Donaldson and move Shaw to 2nd.

I would rather our best hitter getting more at bats rather than caring about being a prototypical #3 hitter.

Machado has a pitch to the ribs coming for sure.

I mean the TV was on after the game watching the post game. I may not watch them tonight, but I don't think it's unreasonable for Brewers fans to want to watch the national coverage of their team and to be disappointed with the result. Everyone is used to our local guys being homers (or at least slanted that way). You aren't going to get that on a national stage especially being a small market where the Packers beat you in the ratings for an NLCS game.

    Maybe don't watch them?

Maybe eight man rotation? 1.Chacin 2.Kikuchi (5/???) 3.Miley (2/12)/Burnes 4.Gio (1/6)/Woodruff 5.Nelson/Peralta Pen (6 off these stay) Jennings Cedeno Lyles Barnes T.Williams Guerra Jeffress Hader Knebel Trade Anderson and Davies (and Albers if you can get anything for him) for A+ or AA pitching prospects Let Soria go (cost cut). Z. Brown, Derby, Hauser Diplon, Supak, Ponce at AAA If Miley and Gio sign for that little, I will start my own Eat Crow Thread.

The Rockies just can't get a big hit.

This ump is giving the Cubs lots of extra strikes..... has that been mentioned yet?

You mean that doesn't feel nice? A little payback is awesome.

Their pen was always terrible. I remember having arguments on here with people before the season. Well they are missing Strop and Morrow.
  20. wallus
That was almost a pitchout, did they know it was coming?

    MVP tag

Dude has had a .991 OPS in September coming into today. We're not playing today without him. Not getting into an argument but all the games count so September versus the first month of the season don't really matter to me.

    Big hit Braun!
  24. wallus
Braun... redeem your crappy season with this AB.
  25. wallus
    Burn through that pen Joe.
