    You've got to think that if we're way out by July, that a Cruz/Hart corner OF might be the way to go for the remainder of the season at some point.

    Bench one of our slumping corner OF's per day, alternating Hart in-between LF and RF. Get Clark in the 2-hole. Bring up Sarfate and Jackson, maybe Villanueva. Eveland back to AAA, do with the rest of the crap in the bullpen what you want. At least the garbageman looks like he might be a keeper....

    The fact that Hendrickson and Eveland can dominate AAA and can't get anyone out in the big leagues is sickening. Eveland has had a whopping 36 innings total at AAA... he simply needs more time there. To lump him in with Hendrickson is a big mistake.

    Eveland having a nice strong outing and the Crew getting the win could go a long way towards lifting the collective spirits of brewrefan.net nation. I was starting to wonder when you were going to start doing the probabilities again. Nice to see, as I enjoy them a bunch.

You said: Can people PLEASE stop calling Turnbow an elite closer? He isn't. He had one good season and his secondary stats weren't even that good. By your own admission, they haven't done so in a month. So why was that post necessary? As you said, the posts about that were from months ago. Why bring up a topic that is long since passed? As I said, if you're going to call people out and make generalizations, have proof first and don't make someone else look it up for you. And if you actually read that thread, it really doesn't help prove your point, FWIW.

    If you want proof, tell ezboard to make their search function not suck. If these posts were as abundant as you claim, you shouldn't have any trouble finding them. Don't go calling out the board when you have no proof to back it up.

    I've seen turnbow put in a sentence with Rivera, Gagne and (pre-Pujols) Lidge recently. Will that qualify for elite enough, or does it have to be semantically explicit? I'd like to see links, as I said.
