Ump is all over the place. Wouldn't call the low strike on Schoop and Cain comes up and it's a strike even lower.

That's not a strike, but he sure picked a fine time to stop calling a pitch he's been calling all day. And for crying out loud umpires need to stop granting these 11th hour timeouts by the hitters.

We had a game just like this in early July where we basically unloaded and gassed everyone and could not pull it out. I think it was in Miami. That was the game that basically started the pre-AllStar break tailspin. Cannot let it happen again.

Not really anyone to send down for reinforcements, either. You could maybe send Peralta down. Lyles will probably have to go a couple innings tomorrow. Soria, Albers, Williams, and Jennings should all be available. Should be ok as long as you don't have another one like this.

I work 3 shifts at my job, 6 am - 2 pm, 2pm - 10 pm, and 10 pm - 6 am. I'm on 6 am - 2 pm. I absolutely swear they only have these extended extra inning games when I'm on this shift. Every single time.

In whose world is a meaningless preseason Packer game worth missing a Brewer game for? Alot of people. Wisconsin is Packers Country first and it's not even close. I'm a big Packer fan, but preseason sucks. It's kind of fun to see the camp battles and all that but by this time you're just waiting for it to be over and get to the regular season.

Yeah, at the very least this guy's nasty stuff is going to be on the shelf until at least Sunday. I recall us saying these things in Game 1 of the July series.

All weekend because apparently we need to know that every player''s nickname just adds a y to their last name. I always found it hilarious at a Ron Roenicke presser, that there was Gomey, Brauny, etc. ..and yet Rickie Weeks was 'Rick.'
