Haven't heard a peep about Villar's glove at 2nd lately . Truth is since the end of the first week or so he's been perfectly serviceable or better.
-
Perez reminds me of when I used to play MLB video games. Like 2 walks a season, and a higher average than OBP. But he's had a nice day. Keon on the other hand...
-
Well, if he has to head back to the DL it would not be the worst thing ever. Maybe we can get that 2018 option down to $1M here yet.
-
Lol, Garza with the RBI!
-
Nice to see Perez having a game!
-
Hard hit ball, he stopped it, then lost it and couldn't find it in time. Not a routine grounder but a play he makes 95% of the time.
-
Every run will be unearned here because Arcia didn't help him, but no one should be fooled by the 1 ER by Garza to think he was anything but lousy as usual today.
-
The grounds crews and opposing SS must hate Arcia. You can see seed shells just everywhere, and it's the 3rd inning .
-
If the season were half over, Thames would be on pace for a respectable 20 HR. It's a week to go in April.
-
I'm amazed how well Thames can slug lefties. He's amazing.
-
Coming back from a 4-0 deficit is not easy. Fortunately for the Reds we have the right man on the mound for the job.
-
Jerry Hairston?
-
Have to point this out again - including today Brewers have led in 19 out of 21 games this season.
-
Garza is as bad at fielding his position as any pitcher you can ever imagine. I'd probably bunt on him every time if I was Hamilton.
-
Honestly, the irrational side of me wants to DFA Garza, Milone, Hughes, and Drake today. Sheesh there's 4 pitchers of ours already that I would be fine with never seeing again and I haven't even touched the youngish ok back end guys like Peralta and Nelson. Get up Lopez, Hader, Wang, and Woodruff now and throw them into the fire and flush all the crap away. NOTE: I realize this is irrational, won't happen and shouldn't happen, and wouldn't be good for the interests of the Brewers. I'm just tired of seeing the team hamstrung for years by crappy pitching.

Hughes is a joke. Very fortunate it isn't 9-2. Thought that one was off the CF scoreboard. Not that 6-2 or 9-2 makes a bit of difference at this point. It will when this team rallies for 2-3 runs and we lose 6-4 or 6-5 lol And there it is
-
Yep. So predictable. Sure would be nice to have Hughes two runs back now.
-
Ugh Thames...
-
God what another awful AB by Santana. Guess I should just be happy he didn't ground into a double play.
-
I see what you did there.
-
I really want to believe something is happening here. WANT to.
-
Nice spring story, but Aguilar doesn't look like a guy who is going to stick til the AS break. 1 for his last 20, with 9 Ks, yikes. That's not going to keep you on a roster for long when you're a one dimensional backup 1st baseman with no track record.

-
I dunno Craig/David think maybe there is a reason the Pirates didn't want to keep this guy?
-
LOL @ Carpenter. Stevie Wonder could tell that was a strike. You're going to feel like quite a moron when you go back and look at the tape of you throwing a childish temper tantrum over a perfect pitch.
