I'd be all for bringing Cain up to fill in if Gomez goes on the DL, but as others have mentioned, Cain will probably just ride the bench anyway. So what's the point? Cain can't seem to stay healthy lately, so he might not be an option anyway.

Braddock, Axford, and Stetter would look good in Brewer uniforms right now, but there's no room and they're not going to get rid of anybody to make room. -
We've been pretty lucky with rain outs so far, but they still irritate me to no end.

No hits for Lucroy, but he's thrown out two baserunners. Rivas pitching well again and that Huntsville offense is on a roll tonight.

I don't remember anybody ever making fun of Salome. We're just wondering where he's been and why he's not playing. Believe it or not, most on this board are rooting for Angel to succeed.

Seriously? Gindl is hurt now? Man, this has been a disastrous start to the year for our outfield prospects. Schafer, Cain, Davis, Gindl. I'm probably forgetting somebody too. On a better note, Lucroy continues to hit well in Nashville (double and 2 rbi's).

Do you guys think Lucroy being promoted to Milwaukee could happen as early as when Salome comes back to the team? I just can't imagine sending Lucroy back to Huntsville at this point.

Yeah, that Huntsville offense is just flat out fun to follow every night. I'm starting to get excited about Taylor Green again as last year I kind of lost interest after his disappointing season. He's currently leading the Southern League in RBI's. As for Lawrie, yeah the batting average is low, but I have to keep reminding myself that he's still just 20 years old.

Braddock with another scoreless inning. Between his strong spring training and fast start in Nashville, I have a feeling it won't be long before he gets to Milwaukee.

I'm really liking the starts by Green, Lucroy, Cain and pretty much that whole Huntsville team so far.

Yep, I don't know how you can justify giving Suppan a spot in the rotation over Narveson, but I'm sure Macha will find a way.

Wow, seriously? I don't remember that happening. What exactly did he say? As far as the prospect that gave me the most hype and didn't make it...Nick Neugebauer is an easy choice for me.

Exactly. And I don't know how this whole non-tendering process works, but I'm sure SD would rather get a couple of mid-tier prospects for him than nothing at all. Come on Doug.

I hope so. Either him or Correia and I would be happy going into the season. For some reason, I don't think it's the Brewers though. -
I have a hard time believing that. The Pads tried to trade him at the deadline and now his name is getting tossed around at the winter meetings. Witrado's statement just doesn't make sense.

Yeah, I would do something like Dillard and Hernan for Correia in a heartbeat. Gallardo/Wolf/Correia/Bush/Parra would be pretty solid, imo.
