    I’m a big Mitchell fan but didn’t realize his strikeout numbers were so huge. I still really like what he brings though which is a little bit of everything - speed, power, exceptional defense, etc.

    Now that the AAA season is over, how about we DFA Anderson and call up Black. Give him a few starts to give some guys a rest (once we clinch) and let him get his feet wet. Black started out slow in AAA but had a terrific September.

    Tyler Black had an unbelievable September and a pretty fantastic season overall. Congratulations on a fantastic minor league season. Thanks to everyone for their hard work on this forum. Already can’t wait until March!

    Fun thread. I’m thinking a little earlier and will say at home against the Cardinals on May 9, which is the start of a 7 game homestand. I agree it’s unlikely he’ll make the OD roster.

    Chourio not being in the Sounds lineup tonight surprised me. Had Sunday off and all day yesterday to travel up to Nashville. Kind of odd, is it not?
