I wasn't happy to open up the door to let the dog out yesterday morning and feel how cold it was, but I was happy yesterday afternoon when it was sunny and warm. And after living in Wisconsin for most of my life and the Northwest for a while, I'll happily take Texas any day of the year.

There were freeze warnings in South Texas for this morning. It sure was cold! But then it got up to 72. So life was good.

OK, rethinking this a bit in light of the comment from Heyman. I wonder if Parra, Odorizzi, Green and a lower level pitcher would do it?

Yes, I did say Gamel or Lawrie. The guys I want to keep are Jeffress and Rogers, and out of Gamel or Lawrie, I'd like to keep Lawrie. If they'd take Gamel, Green and Odorizzi along with a lower/fringe prospect, I'd do that.

It is one the last memory I have of my grandfather. We were celebrating Easter as a family, and we had the game on, and we all listened intently! My grandfather was a big Braves and Brewer fan, and I still have the ball he got signed by the '58 Braves. A month after the Easter Sunday game, he died. So, thank you! I appreciate it! -
What a great game last night! Colby Lewis was pitching very well, and when Feliz came in, he was making the hitters look foolish! I'm ready for 2 more games like that (Ranger wins) and then back to Frisco to win 1 of 2.
