    I hope not.

I saw a headline on ESPN.com yesterday, couldn't find it today, that was talking about Jeremy Bonderman figuring on being an Ex-Tiger next year. What about Bonderman and some other prospect for Prince. He's still got some grudges against pops, if I remember correctly, and I'm sure he'd love to top his dad on Tiger leaderboards, if ol' Cecil is on any. Just a thought. However, I did notice there was an insider article about how the Brewers "cope with losing Fielder".

If Anderson WASN'T on roids, I'll eat my hat. It wasn't roids.....it was the sideburns.
  4. craigharmann
Technically a returning show, as it premiered in the spring.
  5. craigharmann
Love it!!! Especially the "St. Louis Skidmarks" as a nickname. Awesome!
  6. craigharmann
Not quite. I'm looking at Braun being considered the leader of the team and the face of the franchise. Yount was the same way. I'm not looking at a shred of statistics. Just my gut.
  7. craigharmann
Agreed on both points. CJ Wilson is in his first year of starting. I'm hesitant for that reason alone. But more than that, I think you want to get a commodity that is a little more "known" if you're trading Fielder.
  8. craigharmann
Do you think anyone in their right mind in about 1984 or so would have brought up trading Yount?
  9. craigharmann
This is very true. I think the parks aren't AS hitter friendly as they once were overall, but yes, there is some strength in hitting in the league.
  10. craigharmann
Because he's a good player, and we need them to win.
  11. craigharmann
    Why is that?
  12. craigharmann
Werth and Corey would be known as the Wookie Brothers.
  13. craigharmann
So if Mark will be starting, and he'll be activated on Friday, does it mean there's a good chance he'll be starting on Friday? Why not? A couple of starts for Rogers and Rivas can't be much worse than BuNarvPaCap, can it?
  14. craigharmann
Yeah, it won't be San Antonio. I found an article dated Friday that the Padres renewed with the Missions through 2012. Oh well. I'll still go to games, but it would be have been nicer to root for Brewer farmhands!
  15. craigharmann
Agreed, and if that's the case, I'm OK with it, because that would give us a rotation of Yo, new guy, Wolf, FA signing, Narvy/Parra/Rogers/surprise in tranining camp. As long as the prospect is a pretty high ceiling kind of guy.

I agree! Making himself more valuable is a great way to go, and I'm glad he is willing to do it. I hope for nothing but the best for Taylor. I'd really like to see him stick at third, though.

Taylor Green to try to be the Bill Hall of the Brewers? Play every position? Wonder if that was the Brewers' suggestion or Taylor's.

Goodbye Huntsville.....hello.............San Antonio?? I can only wish.
  21. craigharmann
    Eh, rules schmules.

Went to the San Antonio Missions game last night. If my buddy would have told me, I would have brought my baseball along to get Rollie Fingers and Gaylord Perry's autographs. They are having a game today to honor wounded warriors. But I was 6 feet away from one of the great Brewer pitchers of the early 80s! His mustache is amazing! Anyway, then my buddy who knows people in the ticket office got my 2 other buddies and I in the tricycle race. I got second. My other buddy rode 75 miles in a bike race last weekend. So of course, he won. It was an awesome night!!

Takes one to know one, I guess.

I would love to see Rogers be the #5 starter for the Brewers next year.

I like this, but I might try to sign someone to play RF. I would do this 2b-Weeks CF-Cain LF-Braun 3B-Gamel 1B-Hart RF- FA guy SS-Escobar C-Lucroy Bench: Dickerson,Katin, Inglett, Counsell, & Kotaras Rotation: Gallardo, Garza, Wolf, Nolasco, Rogers Bullpen: Parra, Axford, McClendon, Braddock, Stetter (LOOGY), Loe, Jeffress
