    This thread reminded me of Fun World in Brookfield which caused me to google it which led me to an article about its closing which made me find out it was opened by some guy and John Malan of TMJ4 fame.

So what you're saying is you really loved it when they changed their name to Gold?

    I do. That doesn't mean I don't recognize flaws when I see them. A .240 average, .320 OBP and 30% K rate from a 23 year old prospect with that being by far his best season isn't worthy of a top 100 spot as I said before and you strongly disagreed with. As far as Florial, he was probably on the list in 2018 because he had just hit a combined .298/.372/.479 as a 19 year old between A and A+ in 2017 while also holding his own in the Fall League and probably having tools that made it look like he could be an above average starter or star if/when he got to the majors. But your choosing of Florial is weird because he had a terrible 2018 and is no longer on the top 100 of either Baseball America and dropped around 40 spots in Baseball Prospectus. But I guess they're still hugely pro Yankee what with the zero top 100 prospects on Baseball America and two in Baseball Prospectus.

    If Ray were in the Yankees system, he'd be a Top 25 prospect. No doubt in my mind. And that sucks. It shows how arbitrary these lists are. Give me a break.

    You can use water. Rent (or buy if your house is prone to flooding) a wet/dry vac. You should be able to get it mostly dry and whatever isn't you could just use a fan or two pointed at the wet spots. This is basically how we dried the basement in the house I grew up in (the floors were concrete and the outside wasn't sealed properly so every time we had a decent rain, water would leak into the basement.)

    Could say the same about Marwin Gonzalez. This would be a valid point if I was banging the drum for Gonzalez but I'm not, so I'm not exactly sure what point you're trying to make.

    Yeah. All either team had to do was pick up the ball and they would have gotten it at that spot. With how things are taught today I'm a little shocked nobody did. This one will probably be changed in the off season. It's just too counterintuitive. That whole thing was weird because the ref immediately signaled incomplete and is basically standing right by the ball as he makes the signal. If anyone player had wanted to go after the ball they would've seen the ref aggressively signaling incomplete and probably just stop going for it right there.

    Honestly, I thought it had hit the upright, and gone through....kept waiting on the officials to signal. I couldn't wish a more heartbreaking defeat on to any other team in the league. Scha-den-freu-de! *Clap* *Clap* *Clap-Clap-Clap* Scha-den-freu-de! When it hit the upright I was going crazy, then I saw it bounce inside and I didn't see where the ball went and usually when it hits like that it goes through so then I was depressed. Then I saw the ball bouncing in the end zone and knew he missed it. I hate roller coasters but that was my favorite one.

    He's only cracked 135 once since 2012 and hasn't hit 145 since then. Why do you think he will hold up that well and stay that healthy this season? Because Santa Claus, the tooth fairy, and big foot all really exist. Just gotta believe! Wow, what's the Easter Bunny gotta do to get some recognition?

    It's like putting that bowl game in Detroit. Quick Lane or whatever it's called now. It's been there for 22 years with various names and typically has at least one Midwest team from either the Big Ten or the MAC and the last 10 years it's averaged 28,316 in attendance and Detroit is a bigger city than Green Bay and it's played indoors. Lambeau is much better off hosting an opening week game like the Badgers against LSU a couple years ago or against Notre Dame like they will in 2020.

    They were playing 8 of their 22 normal starters today at the start and then went to one of if not the worst QB's in the NFL early.

    He's too slow. Never close enough to a receiver to actually use the ball skills. Might be a good free safety though.

    Backup players are NFL players too. But Rodgers is out now. I'm sure you are happy. Actually, I'm guessing that you aren't. Yes, I'm totally happy that our franchise QB possibly got a concussion in a meaningless game. He never should've been out there in the first place.
