  1. unlikely. they would have to add one or 2 woman's sports to fulfil title IX
  2. its great if that all you use it for. The app is great if you just want to watch Ballys. Realistically I could get away with the Sling Blue package and the Bally's app and pay 55 dollars a month rather than the 85 I am paying now, since I normally never watch ESPN which is the only thing I would be missing in this setup. I'm going to hold off and rely on people here and some other fan sites I visit for feedback before I make a decision. I know people here and elsewhere have suggested uzzu, but it seems like a total scam to me (if its too good to be true, it probably is).
  3. I think 20 bucks / month is reasonable to have bally's as a stand alone app. Even if you couple it with sling, you are saving about 15 dollars a month to give you what direct tv stream gives you.
  4. The CC jerseys are made for younger fans, just like the NBA ones. I love the brewers and bucks home and road uniforms, but Nike CC ones are normally bad. I'm 42, Nike isn' t marketing to me though.
  5. i like the consistency of baseball. its pretty much guaranteed that Sunday games are 110, weekday games are 710, Saturday games are 610. National TV games are the only ones that might deviate. Football is always all over the map and its harder to plan your days around it.
  6. I love the 640 starts in april and september, but that is as a TV viewer who has to get up and go to work the next morning. I think 7pm games are fine. Its not really the start time thats the issue, but the pace of play. Fans that have a 8-5 shouldn't have to miss the first pitch because MLB games take forever.
  7. I see the color but not the font. I assumed it was an homage to the 80's brewers.
  8. its very similar to the brewers road alt fonts
  9. i'm not a fan as well at first glance, but you are right @Julio Muchacho you need to wait to see the entire uniform modeled. As a early 40 years old man, i'm not in the target market of these anyway.
  10. I don’t remember the bucks being as physical as I did today. They clearly had a plan. Let Boston shoot what they want from outside and if they come inside, there would be consequences. A lot of hard fouls and hard plays. I would expect Boston to be ready Tuesday to play more physically. Also, watched the entire game and never really picked up on the vibe that the announcers were for Boston.
  11. I enjoyed reading the far range of opinions on the packers draft, mostly based on not following the bloggers draft board or not filling perceived needs. I think they did OK and they addressed areas that needed to be addressed. Do i wish they would have taken a CB and a TE, yes. You only get so many picks though.
  12. That’s my only fault and why i don’t give them an A, No CB’s
  13. I understand draft grades are futile, but you have to give them an A- at worst. Tremendous value. It’s hard for me to say who was their worse pick. I don’t think it exists;
  14. Woods is gone. Wondering if Tolbert or shakir would be around when it’s the packers turn
  15. I'd love woods in the 3rd
  16. Tolbert would be a good choice too. I don't see much differentiation between the 4 so they were smart to not cave to public pressure yesterday and get one today
  17. well the packers get downgraded for not taking a WR typically. Some part of the grade is the graders perceived needs.
  18. My top 3 is 1) Pickens 2) Watson 3) Pierce
  19. In my youth, i would read everyones draft grades and be upset if the packers were graded low. In my older age, i still read some grades but i take it with grain of salt. They are put out by people that if they are wrong there is no consequences (except maybe they lose a few readers). Gutey if he misses, he could be fired. Clearly he thought Walker and Wyatt are better players than Walter and PFF. I am happy they didn't reach for a WR or overpay with extra draft capital to move up just to appease the masses.
  20. Read some online reaction this morning. It seems that the grade for the packers picks is centered on who (or what) they didn't take (any WR) vs what they did take. I think if they would have taken any WR the would have been graded higher than what they got for Walker or Wyatt. Today the player i really want is Alec Pierce
  21. I want Jermaine Johnson
  22. Johnson #1, Pickens #2 depending on what NE does
  23. I forgot about him. That would be amazing. Like i said the run on WR’s have cause players to fall that have no business being taken in the 20’s
  24. Most fun in a while also helps pack are picking twice tonight.
  25. If they take Watson or Pickens i won’t be upset. I would prefer him over Watson.
