How many mustards are in your fridge?

Three, but only because I can't get Beer & Brat mustard out here. Yellow, Spicy Brown, and Dijon. I make my own honey mustard - use spicy brown or dijon, put it in a bowl with some real honey, nuke in the microwave for 10-12 seconds and it mixes real nice. Makes a nice spread on baked fish.

At least one mustard needs to have jalapeños.

EDIT:

And there needs to be something with horseradish: either horseradish mustard or stand-alone horseradish.

That’s the only thing Chicago’s good for: to tell people where Wisconsin is.

6, though I most often use Gulden's honey mustard on my daily sandwich. I also have some chinese hot mustard, silver springs dijon mustard, generic honey mustard, silver springs horseradish mustard, and brown sugar and pecan mustard.

8 types of mustard in our fridge. I love the stuff!

Grey Poupon

Silver Spring Chipotle

SS Beer and Brat

SS Stone Ground Horseradish

Jack Daniels #7

Heart of Wisconsin Sweet and Hot

Amish made Honey Mustard

Chinese Hot Mustard

Mustard is a great sauce for just about anything and an amazing pre-grilling rub for your favorite steak or chicken breasts. Best to use a mustard that doesn't have sugar in it for the steaks (all except honey mustard for the most part).

Thank you all for proving I am not crazy in having 5 mustards on the fridge roster, the girlfriend said I was

Silver Spring Beer and Brat is my staff Ace

French's Yellow is my veteran

Silver Spring Jalapeno is my loose cannon closer

Various brands of spicy brown and stone ground fill out the rest of the staff

I must be a complete weirdo....I only have one! And it's the cheap, not very good, generic yellow bottle of mustard that I believe comes standard with every fridge purchase.

I just don't really use mustard I guess.

Mustard? One...for our guests when we have cookouts.

Barbecue sauce on the other hand...6. That's where the good eats are...

Just one, the basic yellow kind. I'll have it once in a while on a hot dog or hamburger, but I like my brats plain. My wife and son hate mustard.

Anyone ever been to the Mustard Museum in Mount Horeb, WI? Some historical stuff along with every kind of mustard imaginable. Some of the samples were nasty. Chocolate mustard? Yuck.
