He is asking for a trade during the middle of the season, we are finally starting to win. He needs to shut up and produce and he wouldn't be on the bench

Gotta' hand it to Seth, a nice job so far. He's 2-for-3 now in starts. And you can put him out there at least one more time.

If McClung can give them a month of semi-decent starts, 'till they find out who the sellers are, that would be big for the Crew.

It's hard to produce from the bench. I believe for his career he bats .260 vs. righties. Who says he won't hit .350 against righties to get to his average. Would you rather have him sulk and admit he sucks? I like that he's pissed. Maybe it will light a fire.

Braun puts Seth in line for the win.

Send McClung out there for the 7th.

First batter he allows on, take him out.

Let him walk off to a nice ovation from the fans.

If I was a MLB pitching coach, I would tell my pitchers not to throw Braun strikes until he proves that he is willing to take walks. Throwing him a pitch that catches the heart of the plate right now is stupid. It's a recipe for disaster. I'd let him get himself out.

Corey's hit looked more like a home run according to the dot on Gameday than Braun's. How much did Braun's get out by?

I'm fine with that.

Clap, clap, clap, clap...

There's my ovation. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

Gameday placed Hall's over the fence, too, and Fielder's was around the warning track. Either they started teeing off on the Unit that inning or Gameday is off.

You know, McClung has looked pretty darn good as a starter, aside from the one inning against the Braves (when he just ran out of gas).

No walks tonight, against the four strikeouts.

They teed off on him. Hall's was only not a HR bc hit was hit to the left 'crotch' of the CF wall (that tringular area), Prince's was skied (though not as close), and Hart's was caught by the LF with his back against the wall -- literally.
