Do you think any team, but particularly the Brewers, could have interest in this guy? He was released by Washington last week and apologized profusely to the team and it's fans for his play this year. Maybe he'd be motivated to play a little better and it could give a team a needed boost at backup catcher.

 

Not that we need a backup catcher since Kendell is obviously shooting for 145-150 games started this season.

It might not have been bad to have LoDuca around when rosters expand. Right now we have Corporan, Rottino and JR Hopf to pick form in Nashville.

why would the brewers need anything other than an emergency 3rd catcher in September? Ned has shown that Kendall will start 90+% of the games no matter what, so I don't think that will change in September.
