We're going to win today.

And yay for getting a Miller bobble without having to do the e-bay thing. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

My first chance to see the avatar in person this year; putting our 5-1 record on the line.

But Sharpie, don't do it for hawing. Do it for the full Brewer nation.

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

Davis having a nice strong outing and the Crew getting the win could go a long way towards lifting the collective spirits of brewrefan.net nation.

Damian Miller Bobblehead Night.....I am PUMPED. Taking my son in law to his very first Brewers game. He is a sports fan but owns a farm and doesn't get out at all. So I am praying for a good game and a Brewers WIN.

Anyone heard what the attendence is supposed to be????

According to JSONLINE this morning,

"The Brewers said about 4,000 seats were still available for the game tonight, when all fans will receive a bobblehead doll of Miller."

I first saw that early this morning, so it looks like the game is going to be close to a sell out.

I hope Corey Hart gets a start in LF instead of Carlos Loaf.

I'm about to declare shenanigans on Lee.

Let's just try to make some baby steps today. Getting DD back on track is what is important to me. The rest is all a ripple effect.

so it looks like the game is going to be close to a sell out.

The nice weather will likely help walk-up attendance. I don't like the way things usually go when we have huge crowds.

"His whole life is a fantasy camp. People should plunk down $2000 to live like him for a week. Sleep, do nothing, fall ass-backwards into money, mooch food off your neighbors and have sex without dating... THAT'S a fantasy camp."

Just noticed that with what will likely be a sellout crowd on a Saturday night, we get no TV coverage yet again.

Our TV deal with FSN blows.

Russ, just keep repeating that mantra. Eventually you'll be right - they have to win at some point.

I'm saying they win tonight. But, they might not.

I'm going to the cages right now and will employ a strictly contact swing. Every pitch, right back up the middle. I'll then channel my practices to the team.

That's right,

Well, I like the lineup. Any change is good, and I loooove Corey Hart. Should be a good game

i just got back from Miller Park. Got 3 regular Damian bobbles and 1 retro, so I did fine. Have some graduation parties to go to tonight, so couldn't stay at the game. We better get a W tonight...

Last 6 Sellouts (or 40K + Crowds) at Miller Park:

May 20, 2006: Lost 16-10 vs. Twins

May 13, 2006: Lost 9-8 vs. Mets.

April 3, 2006: Won 5-2 vs. Pirates

August 27, 2005: Lost 8-4 vs. Braves

August 13, 2005: Lost 4-1 vs. Reds

July 16, 2005: Lost 5-3 vs. Nationals

Jus throwing that out there. We need this one though (duh), and DD should give us a good shot.

Don't look now but DD just got out of the first inning throwing less than 30 pitches.

We've talked about lousy announcers in many other threads, but tonite's feed from the Nationals with Bob Carpenter and Tom Paciourek is absolutely the worst announcer set I have ever heard. I'd rather listen to the someone scraping their fingernails on the blackboard.
