I think we should have a forum moment of silence for the Miller Park employees who are on the job at "wrigley north" tonight.
Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

looks like the cubs are using the brewers dugout/clubhouse tonight. maybe if zambrano gets the no-no they'll trash our locker room and it'll fire up the brewers when they hear about it. nah, who am i kidding, lol.

I would be livid if I was an Astros fan. And it's sad for Brewer fans as well.

While the Brewers are pissing away their season, our biggest rival gets a free home game, in our stadium, and the biggest jerk in the league throws a no-hitter. What a disgrace.

The worst part is this helps our playoff chances.

Fan is short for fanatic.

I blame Wang.

This just makes me hate Zambrano even more. I didn't think it was possible, but if there was one way to do it he just did it.

What a crappy cap to a crappy day of baseball.

Zambrano threw a no hitter at Miller Park. Brewers lost and are now tied for the Wild Card. Miller Park is Wrigley Field North for real, the Brewers will be on the outside looking in for the playoff race in a few days. Being a Brewers fan is more and more difficult every day.

Maybe Wrigley field finally collapses, the Brewers are contracted out of existance, and the Cubs move in permanently...changing their name to the Chicago Cubs of Milwaukee.http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/devil.gif

I think I'd quit watching baseball at that point, rather than join many of their "fans".

I was at the game, and what my wife wondered was- wasn't this supposed to be a home game for the Astros?? Why were they in the vistors dugout and bullpen???

I'd bet that the home clubhouse was on lockdown (coaches offices, video rooms, weight rooms, etc.), whereas the visitors locker room had standard access (in this case, more usable amenities). A lesser thought could be that Houston's dugout is on the 3rd base side at Minute Maid. Even lesser, that they wanted to feel like they normally do at Miller Park.

It appears that the home team at Miller Park can't hit, no matter which team is there. Maybe the CDC needs to quarantine the place.

And now, another no-no?? Lilly no hitter through 5.

Some pre-emptive reporting done by CBS? Nope, just a good old-fashioned FAIL

I read that Cecil Cooper wanted to use the visitors locker room as he was already familiar with it and its staff. One of the Cubs commented that they walked past the home locker room - they didn't even know where it was.

When the Indians and Angels played here in April of 2007, it was the same situation. The Indians chose to use the visitors' dugout. I think I heard that it was because the manager's office, video room, and some other private room were locked in the home locker room, or something like that.
