09/21/08 Brewers (McClung) at Reds (Arroyo), 12:15 PM CDT

I'm not saying anyone has to post here today - just recording what's underway.

CF Mike Cameron

3B Craig Counsell

LF Ryan Braun

1B Prince Fielder

SS J.J. Hardy

RF Corey Hart

2B Rickie Weeks

C Jason Kendall

RHP Seth McClung

The top of the first took about seven minutes and yielded nothing for the visitors.

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

McClung is pitching like Daisuke Matsuzaka. This is a good thing, sort of. Dice-K walks the ballpark, but never seems to give up any runs or very many hits. The drawback is that he runs up a pitch count over 100 in less than six innings.

Oooh, we can has runs nao?

The feeling I have is that they are a little mentally tougher today. Just seeing McClung's reaction after the Coffey K makes me feel better about them. Maybe the pressure is completely off now that they are out of it.

That slide by Counsell was almost to far away from the bag. He might have been able to touch the bag.

Fan is short for fanatic.

I blame Wang.

This is the Mets we are talking about. If any team can blow a 2.5 game lead in the last week it is the Brewers, if any two teams can blow one it is the Brewers and the Mets!

I'd say Cameron could use a day off.
Or take him out of the lead off spot at least. I would rather see Hart in the lead off spot right now. At least Hart can't kill a rally with no one on so that is a plus.

I wish Dale would switch the lineup here.

Lineup should be:

1. Hart

2. Someone

3. Braun

4. Fielder

5. Hardy

6. Weeks

7. Cameron

8. Kendall

9. Pitcher

I just wish Kapler wouldn't have gotten injured it would have been nice to see him filling in for Hart.

Switch Cameron and Weeks and I would also like to see that.
