Suppan's historic splits are .798 OPS against for RHB, .785 OPS against for LHB so he at least has a chance against the lefties.

Hart should be on strict orders to take the first 2 pitches no matter what for the rest of the game. He keeps swinging at the 1st pitch and just pounding it into the ground.

I hate one-pitch at bats. Obviously they didn't learn from their success last night.

 

I am just appalled (sp?) by Hart at this point. It's like he doesn't have any brains to learn. He's gotta' be ignoring Skaalen because there's no way Ski hasn't said something to him at this point.

If we win today Hart needs to be benched. He is doing nothing but hurting the team. Put Gwynn in RF and if need be use Hart as a defensive replacement in the late innings if you are playing Nelson in RF.

 

How many times do I have to see Hart swing at the first pitch and ground out before something is done about it?
