maybe it's the pitchers. Maybe the Mets employ a slightly different camera angle. But I have yet to see a pitch over the middle of the plate, mid-thighs in this game. Everything has been on the corners

I feel good about having Carlos up...he's the one guy on this team that shows any ability of making the clutch play right now, be it with the bat or with the glove. I'm about ready to start beating the "Can Wynegar" drum here...this team still cannot hit with RISP...a rerun of last year. I don't care if it's Wynegar's fault or not. What's the worst that could happen? We STILL can't hit with RISP? Oh well, nothing new there.
