just in case people want more, heres one that isn't as complicated and convoluted

 

a man is dead laying on a path 150 feet from a gate. besides his clothes, all he has with him is a stick. what happened?

a stick of butter? no

a stick from a tree? no

 

Was the man leaving the gate or heading towards the gate? he was leaving

Was the stick the cause of his death? no

Dead man is a jockey, participating in a horse race. About 150 feet out of the gates, he was thrown from his horse, at which time he either broke his neck or was trampled to death.

She was listening not playing.the music was recorded music

prior to her death is the woman listening to the music? playing the music?

is the music being performed live in-person? or is the music playing over a radio?

was she in the bathtub?

 

did the boombox/music device fall into the tub electrocuting her?
