When this team is working counts, taking walks and then not giving the other team extra outs or extra bases, they are very good. I hesistate to say 'workmanlike' because some take that as a veiled negative, but today's game has been a dismantling so far, even with a missed oportunity or two.

 

And then we have a miscue on teh pop up. I'll take responsibiity for that.

Alright, hopefully they're awake now. Can't daze your way through a big lead in this league.

 

I love the move to DiFelice here. Put the hammer down. Heh, yeah SoCal. Braden was barking pretty good there. Got Macha to turn his head, at the least.

Not many of our players would be invited alongside Fred McGriff, to be on Tom Emanski's fundamentals of baseball video. At least not during the fielding portion.

I like that from Looper. Tells me he's competing.

 

Hope the guys are awake now and put another stake through the heart like they did yesterday. Would be a shame to let this slip away because they got a bit lackadasiacal in the field with a big lead.
