I loved seeing how emotional Bill Hall was after that hit. He sprinted straight into the dugout, gave Macha a high five and started screaming as he entered the tunnel. You could also tell he was emotional when he was talking to Telly Hughes. Good for him. I guess it just proved that he still cares deeply?

Watching the Cards' postgame show and they just showed hihglights of two Brewers-Cards games there were 1-0 Brewer wins in extra innings. Homeruns from Burnitiz in 1997 and Jenkins in 06. And yeah, the announcer said: "No untucked jerseys - they didn't do that back then." For the love of God St. Louis, let it go!

I was at that Burnitz walk-off HR game...first ever interleague game at County Stadium. I am 99% sure Burnitz won the game in the bottom 9th, not extra innings. I doubt this will turn things around for Bill Hall, but it is nice to know that he is capable of making adjustments.
