They have a LH closer. Why on earth did he not double switch and have Hall leading off the inning instead of having to burn McGehee there considering we had mostly lefties coming up.

Probaly thinks Hall is in a funk and not hitting well. I agree Hall should have been double switched in.

Fan is short for fanatic.

I blame Wang.

So now this is really getting good. Hall has been ripped non stop but now we wanted him to lead off the 9th? We need to make up our minds. Do we want him to hit or not? I would rather have Casey bat there than Billy. When we lose, all the things just come out of the woodwork. We lost a game, move on.

I would rather the game comes down to Hall vs a LH than Counsell vs a LH. I have never said otherwise. Hall shouldn't face a RHP in a key situation, LHP I'm fine.

I still say let Manny pitch against the White Sox...their offense is just about as bad as Atlanta's, and they don't even really have a hitter as good as Chipper Jones. Considering he's fared much better at home than on the road, it'd be a good opportunity for him to get his confidence back up.

I'd be absolutely shocked if he pulled Parra from the rotation after today's start. I could have seen it after the last one but this time Parra threw the ball pretty well.

Sometimes it's not a horrible thing to come back from a road trip a little PO'd after a tough loss. It might lead to better focus on Tuesday night than if they had 50 hours of feeling happy about themselves.

Didn't everyone get worked up that he bunted last night or do I have that wrong? CV has been outstanding this year so I've got no complaints on him or our pen. He did just look gassed out there so I may have given him a quicker hook. Parra was better than last time, that last homer to Chipper was well off the plate. He still has a ways to go, but it was hardly a one way ticket to Nashville performance. Nice to see Braun bust out...the big boys could really start to pound the ball at home.

I was also impressed with Gamel in the series. He has a sweet swing. Could use a little better plate discipline at times, but that will come. He also seems to have the ability to play in the field. I still like Hall in there late with a lead (he had a sweet play on Sat night when he came in), but Gamel has the tools to develop at 3B over time.

3-4 not a bad way to end the trip after the way it started...now let's get some decent pitching this week...the Rocks are hot and we need to cool them down.

My dad and I had a debate about bunting or not, I was fine without it, though when they hit into a DP I dipped down in my seat a bit.

I was really bitter about the 2 curve balls though, he didn't have his best stuff, that was obvious from the start, but why not get beat throwing your best pitch than hanging 2 curve balls? Throw the change up!

I wanted to know why Smith wasn't an option when watching the game?
