So which Manny Parra will show up today? How long do we think he's going to go? 3 innings or 6 innings? How will the Brewers do against a pitcher making his debut? It always seems to me that the Brewers stuggle the most against guys making their MLB debuts. Some good little subplots to todays game, should be an interesting one.

I am REALLY excited for Tommy Hanson's MLB debut. This kid is the real deal and should be for many years to come.

Let's see, the bullpen is well rested and we have an off day tomorrow so it isn't crucial for Manny to go deep. My guess is that he'll be lights out today.

Obviously I don't have a good feeling about todays game, moreso because of Parra than Hanson. I am expecting Hanson to be good but I think we'll get a couple runs off of him. The question is if Parra can keep this offense that is in a big slump under 10 runs today.

 

If Parra were to give up 5+ runs to this Braves team today I would not be all that suprised if he is demoted to the bullpen or AAA to work on location.

 

What is the over/under on Hanson K's today? I am going to go with 8

With all the heat guys Hall and Kendall get, it shows how well liked Hardy is that there is almost never any mention of his season long struggles. Except for a couple brief stretches he has been non existent.

Crap. That was the last thing we needed, especially given Manny's delicate mental status on the mound. It's surprising to see a great OF like Cam not just let that fall in for a single. It was obvious that it was gonna take an amazing catch on that ball.

Yes, it's a big step for Manny to be able to step up and get out of an inning like that, and not let it get to him mentally.
