In pretendastronaut's apparent absence, I'll at least start the thread.

Get back on the bike, Brewers, and try for 1-0 for tonight.

Kendall and Counsell hitting 1-2 is just unbelieveably bad.

No RBI posted for Braun but since it's an earned run it's got to be right? I think you don't assume an out at the plate just like you don't assume a DP.

Thanks, wasn't clear from Ueck's call that he stopped. I guess you don't assume the out or the advance and the run would have scored on Fielder's hit making it earned.

Kendall leading off again, really? http://www.runemasterstudios.com/graemlins/images/puke.gif

Fan is short for fanatic.

I blame Wang.

Now both runs in the 1st are unearned so I guess they do assume the out, just when we had it all figured out.

If Burns is safe, they hit for the cycle in descending order in consecutive ABs.

Not sure how both of them are. Even if you assume Braun's out, then Fielder comes up with a single as the next hitter and drives in Counsell and there would've been two outs. So there should be at least one earned run in that inning.

This game's moving along at a snail's pace, but I do like the patience being shown so far. Burns has been pitching surprisingly well, too. I'm just sad to see Weaver make an early exit.

Watching the race and tracking the game on ESPN.com, and on the Burns hit, they had this up...

M Burns singled to left, J Hardy scored, M Burns out stretching at second.

Gave me the mental image of Burns standing off second base doing some stretching exercises, which made me chuckle.

Wearing my heart on my sleeve since birth. Hopefully, it's my only crime.
