I hope it doesn't involve listening to the part of the fanbase that wants more bunting and is upset that he doesn't talk loud enough in postgame interviews.

You realize we would be leading the game now had Macha had Weeks bunt there I hope.

You realize you'll lose more games than you win by bunting outside of a few specific situations.

I do in fact.

Hearing "Let's go Brewers!" chants in Minnesota is awesome.

freeze on a line drive..something you have been taught your whole entire life..its bad base running

The fielder made a diving, off-balanced stab at a ball that was barely off the ground on a bang-bang play.

So who comes in for the save? Villa I would assume although I wouldn't mind seeing the stache back out there.

Villanueva is warming up.

I wonder if there are Twins fans bemoaning all those lucky runs the crew just scored.

I don't care, you still freeze to make sure the ball goes through, you know, just in case something like that happens.

Just my opinion though

And if the ball hits the ground, like both myself and Craig Coshun thought it did, he's screwed. I don't think what you're saying is completely reasonable considering how the play unfolded, even if you're fundamentally completely correct.

PLEASE NO!!!! I already did the feeling of impending doom already twice this game.

All right, Villa. We need you now, tonight. We need you more than ever.

Well played sir.

Well played, Ma'am.

if the ball hits the ground, he is out anyway

But they'd have had almost no chance to turn a double-play on Braun at 1st, unless Gomez was stopped in his tracks.

I agree with PeaveyFury. That was a bang-bang play and Carlos was already in his secondary lead. Not much he could do. And its not like it was a belt high line drive, it was right at ground level and the 2nd baseman beat the ball to the ground. Oh well......

And yes, well played Ma'am
