2011 General Draft Discussion

[thablingster]

Apparently Cron's cousin is Chad Moeller. There is a built in Brewers trivia question if he's drafted by the Brewers.

[brwrsfan]

Well there goes Springer. So who should I jump up and down for when we draft?

[trwi7]

That Springer pick by Houston is pretty bad.

[YoungGeezy]

Gosh, I will never want a player again. Was high on Springer

[Oldcity]

I like the Springer pick just fine. Hoping for Gray here, I guess.

[WisconsinSportsRule]

I hate not having MLB Network. The MLB.com feed is garbage. Lagging and freezing every 10 seconds.

+1. This feed blows.

[And That]

My online MLB Network feed is flawless, FWIW.

[TheCrew07]

The feed is fine for me, must be a service provider deal, I have roadrunner

[brwrsfan]

Just like the NFL draft, they go to commercial as we're on the clock and don't talk about us at all. Awesome.

[HiAndTight]

Klaw says Stros go Springer. We have our choice of Gray or Jungmann

I'm hoping for Jungmann.

A big guy who throws in the mid to low 90's and who just pours in the strikes and who can add a tick or two to his fastball? Could be the best of both worlds, moves fast and still has the high ceiling.

[heresrobin]

I've soured on Jungmann. I say Gray, Guerreiri, Swihart, HS arm. And take Cron with 15...

[Oldcity]

Yeah, definitely want Cron with 15.

[GamelToe]

Knowing not a damn thing about these picks: Jungman.

[WisconsinSportsRule]

I'll say we'll go with Gray, not really enthused about it however.

[patrickgpe]

Gray please....

[Warning Track Power]

Gray and Barnes please...

[HiAndTight]

That Springer pick by Houston is pretty bad.

Disagree. He's going to be a big time stud IMO.

[Oldcity]

Unbelievable. My nightmare first round.

[trwi7]

Just don't make him change his delivery.

[UeckerAddict]

Jungmann

[brwrsfan]

Jungmann it is. Did Texas make the college world series this year??

[PrinceEatMeat]

I like the Jungmann pick a lot. BPA.

[Oldcity]

Guy topped out at 88 the other day. Yay.

[UeckerAddict]

Longhorn nation. Wow, one of the few people I've actually seen live and the Crew takes him.

[thumperden]

It's Jungmann!

I really like what I read on the reports on him. Could and should be a guy that moves through the minors rapidly.
