I really wanted to see some more aggressive moves there in the 8th. Once Prince got hit in the ankle, use a PR. And/or when Yuni was up use a lefty (Counsell or Morgan) who are better hitters and have a better matchup against the RHP.

Nationals had lefty Sean Burnett warming up. That would've been a nice situation for a switch hitter, like Boggs. But we chose a career minor league scrub like Almonte over him.

Yea, and Boggs is hitting great so far in AAA.

 

Now will face a lefty in the 9th and all we have is lefties on the bench. Doug has really irritated me with the bench he's put together.
