I'm sick of Mcgehee yelling at himself every single time he misses a meatball right down the middle or swings at a pitch two feet out of the zone.

Guys, it's over for Casey. He is strictly a singles hitter now that only has power to right on occasion. The dude has not pulled a HR in a long, long time. It's over RR.

Well kiss Prince MVP goodbye.
1 bad week, I bet every player who has ever won the MVP award has had a bad week. He'll be fine, he shoulda just picked Upton for the HR derby and he wouldnt be pressing so much right now.

Kennedy is over 100 pitches. Hopefully the Brewers can get him out of here after this inning. Anyone has to be better than him at this point.

In the absence of a score this will be the Brewers 10th road shutout this season? Is that correct? I thought someone posted earler this road trip that the shutout in Denver was #9.

yes 9 shutouts going on 10.

Hard to win when you don't score a run.

I would have easily taken 4-4 (which they will have if they lose today) but winning 3 out of 4 here would have been nice with 3 more tough games at SF.

He only had 88 pitches and they used the top 3 bullpen arms last night, I think RRR was more concerned with keeping the deficit only 2 runs and Greinke gives him the best chance of that.

Grienke's pitched great and the offense has maybe gotten a bit unlucky. Two rockets with a guy at 2nd were hit right at people. Morgan also hit that balll pretty hard with the bases loaded; if he doesn't get so much air under it that might be a bases clearly triple

When Fielder is looking this lost at the plate it certainly doesn't help the offense either

I'm not going to make excuses for Greinke, because it's pretty obvious that he gets too much of the plate sometimes when he shouldn't. However, it's going to be very hard to pin this loss on him if we don't come back. 7 strong innings with only 2 ERs is good no matter what the circumstances.

That being said, I really think that if he's going to bring the value to the team we thought he would, he needs to start winning some of these pitcher's duels.
