What was the worst thing about prison, Prison Mike?

My friend and I actually had a movie discussion recently about how few good movies don't have some sort or romantic element. One word...Titanic!

 

I saw a preview for Titanic several months before release and was very excited to see it, only to be kicked in the balls by Jack and Rose when it finally came time to see the movie. Can't the story of the Titanic and the production quality of the movie pretty much stand on its own, without that ridiculoius sub-plot that pretty much become the plot, and those two idiots running around the ship calling eachothers name? No, every stinking movie anymore has to be written for chicks.

 

Rose should have died at the beginning of the movie, not the end. We'd all be a lot better off.

I found it hillarious when Dwighthad all the money sticking out of his back pocket bending over in front of Martin, while Michael watched to see if he would take it.

Pretty strong hour-long christmas episode last night. Kevin's Karoke version of "You Oughta Know" was the highlight for me.

I really liked the hour long formats of both Earl and Office. I wouldn't mind if they always did that.

I thought last night was terrific. The opposing parties plot was hilarious. My 2 favorite parts:

 

1. Creed taking a toy out of the "Toys for Tots" bin.

 

2. Michael drawing a line on his 'girlfriend's' arm so he could tell who she was.

 

This show is high comedy.

Angela's remark about the Hello Kitty backpack had me rolling, that and Dwight and the CIA.

 

I'd like to know who Michael got to go to Jamaica with him. I hope it was Jan.

Great Episode

 

I loved the exchange between Toby and Dwight about the goose -- and the Dwight talks about saving the "goose oil" rather than buying it in the store

Definitely a tour de force last night...as mentioned above, the arm marking and Kevin's rendition were great...I also loved Michael talking to Pam about the things Carol tried in bed "maybe a little wine first would have helped"

I also loved the bathrobe subplot, especially it being snatched from Toby, and then patting Kevin on the back (wearing his robe) and feeling it a little too long.

All mentioned were great. The highlight of the episode for me was Michael's 2 minute rant on ho's. "she ain't your ho no mo."

Creed and Toby are very under-rated characters. They're used just enough. I have worked with every one of these people, which is why I would probably find it hilarious after 10 seasons- regardless of plot lines. I swear they stole the Toby character from an HR manager I used to work with.

 

It goes to show you, TV shows are all about casting and writing. Great shows need both. Seinfled wouldn't have worked without both, neither would The Office.

i know there is alot of good viewing tonite between the brewers game and the packers game, but for those that missed last week's christmas epsisode it is reairng tonite at 7, its very good as others have stated.

Ya pretty sure its gonna be jan... cause pam said O my god is that Jan? But hopefully it will be another strong episode following the christmas special a couple weeks ago.
