2012-04-20 Rockies (Chacin) at Brewers (Marcum), 7:10 PM CDT [Brewers lose, 4-3]

[dlk9s]

Wow Braun, basically a FB down the middle looking

Looked outside to me. Definitely wasn't down the middle.

[PKBadger]

Wow Braun, basically a FB down the middle looking

Not sure if it's been said here or in another thread, but he really needs to pick it up soon because if this slump extends, you know exactly the type of articles that are going to be written and that's just going to ratchet up the heat even more.

[jjkoestler]

Will Braun play tomorrow? He's looking pretty bad.

[lcbj68c]

Rant Alert:

Weeks, Braun, and Ramirez all look like absolute hot garbage right now.

[jason21nl]

and not one of them is looking to hit the ball the other way

[coolcool]

:/ This team looks a bit sleepy.

[Raw Biz]

Corey Hart with another terrible route to a ball. Not sure if the runner still would have tagged if he took a better route but the ball almost went over his head. It seems like everyone on the team sucks right now except Gamel, Aoki, and the catchers.

[pebadger]

Ax has been concerning me as well.

[lcbj68c]

Following via gameday, is this game going to be lost on Axford dicking around with Giambi at first base?

[jjkoestler]

Can A-OK! pitch?

[Schlitz001]

I guess I'll wait until the game is over before criticizing the offense, but it didn't look good from the start. Edited April 21, 2012 by Schlitz001

[jason21nl]

EY Jr pinch ran for Giambi. Terrible pick off attempt by Ax too.

[markedman5]

Ax really having a rough start to the season. He didn;t fool anybody in that inning.

[Eye Black]

Hits are Rockies 11 and Brewers 4, amazing they are within one in the bottom of the 9th.

[jjkoestler]

Thought that was gone. Well done, Mat.

[pebadger]

Gamel can run. Why pull him when he's just the tying run?

[topper09er]

Kottaras should be batting

[Eye Black]

Thought that was gone. Well done, Mat.

BA coupled with CarGo's reaction got me really excited.

[topper09er]

What a waste to let Gonzalez hit. Incompetence from RRR. 3 infield flyouts tonight

[endaround]

Why do you let Gonzalez hit?

[Dean Machine]

Ueck called it gone (after initially saying it was off the wall).

[coolcool]

Gamel can run. Why pull him when he's just the tying run?

Because a hard hit single scores Gomez no matter what...

[Raw Biz]

Lucroy really needs to be hitting ahead of Gonzalez.

[pebadger]

Yep, if you're pulling Gamel there it makes no sense not to be pulling Gonzalez as well. Even if you don't pull Gamel . . . .

[topper09er]

Steal home!
