Foul pop up. Gamel running back for it, tried to stop and couldn't in time. Hit the wall awkwardly and was holding his knee. Trainer came out, he was down for at least a minute. Then he got up, walked a bit, and then jogged to first. He stayed in. Very strange.

Pads announced that Luebke will miss his start so they are activating Suppan for tomorrow.

I wonder if this ends up in a DL stint if we will see Hart get some 1B time, I cant imagine we would play Ishikawa on a daily basis.

Assuming they just call Conrad up and not Green, it wouldn't surprise me to see Hart at 1B against most LHP. That would also allow them to get Aoki out in RF a little bit for more playing time.
