I just want to see:

In Play, run(s)

and

WP - Wang (1-0)

I don't know about you but I want the Brewers to win this game!

No need to throw him a strike on 1-2 now.....

Frustrating that our lack of bench causes us to have an inexperienced 1b out there in a time game against our number one division rival.

That's not inexperience. That's just being stupid. Use your head Maldy!
"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

No that was inexperience. He should have known not to go for that and just get to the bag. I wouldn't call it dumb; he just isn't used to being out there. Didn't cost us and maybe he can get a hit coming up

It's 1B not SS or 2B. He's been in the majors for a few years now. He shouldn't be making boneheaded mistakes like that. The ball was nowhere near his zone. He shouldn't have left the bag. Fortunately the Brewers survived his blunder.

I know Martin doesn't play much 1st, but what universe was he operating in to think he should possibly be doing anything but covering 1st on a routine groundball to 2nd?

Sorry for back-to-back posts, but if the Brewers are so awful at sacrifice bunts, why must they keep doing it and giving up outs?

You don't ask a hitter to bunt when the pitcher throws 96 mph

Telly reporting that Ramirez is out for the game

That's why Telly gets the big bucks!

He did say that the x-ray was negative, and I have to admit that's pretty cool they can get that info out before the game is even over.

"Two three the count with nobody on, he hit a high fly into the stands. Rounding third he was heading for home, it was a brown eyed handsome man. That won the game, he was a brown eyed handsome man."

If I'm RR, regardless of how this game ends, after the game I get Melvin on the phone and demand that someone gets put on the 15 day DL so the Brewers can actually play with 25 available players...or at least more than 22. Lucroy's dying for a day off, ARam's now dealing with something, Braun and Segura can't play, your bullpen's in the process of burning itself out due to every game being close and hiding a rule V guy, and you're getting exposed for having a weak bench way to early in the season.

And Khris Davis is in need of a day off to get himself straightened out...really scuffling right now.

This is the worst bunting, "bunting team" I have ever seen.

In part because we frequently make guys who aren't comfortable bunting go up there and bunt.
